There is no eligibility criteria for the course. Anyone interested in the sector can attend it.

The course content will be delivered in English Language.

The course modules will be delivered in online self-paced mode with access to material provided after registration to the candidate. IEX may provide a common online interactive session with sector expert to provide recent updates and resolve doubts and queries, if any..

The minimum requirements of the system: Windows 8 or later OS, the newest versions of Google Chrome, a consistent internet connection, enable internet Cookies, any Pop-Up blocking setting(s) must be disabled, an uninterrupted power source may be ensured before starting assessment test./p>

• Step 1- On clicking at the “Enroll” button, the user is directed to registration page.
• Step 2- User is required to fill the details and submit the registration form by clicking the “submit” button. The user will be prompted to provide One Time Password (OTP) send to the email id used for registration for verification of the User. 
• Step 3- After verification through OTP, the user is directed to the payment confirmation page wherein the user will check and confirm the registration details and may apply discount code (if any). The user is then directed to Payment gateway page. 
• Step 4- The payment is to be made for the amount reflected on the page (which is the net amount after factoring discount, if any, and the applicable GST). Payment may be made through the means provided on the page. 
• Step 5- Once the payment is successful, User gets registered and receives a confirmation mail from the IEX Academy. The login & password used during registration may be then used to log in the User dashboard. The access to User Dashboard is provided only after enrollment/payment for a course. 
• Step 6- The User dashboard displays the courses for which registration/enrollment has been done and other details. 
• Step 7- For any failure of payment, the concerned bank may be contacted.

Once paid, no request for cancelation/refund of fee or substitution of candidate will be entertained.

The fee will vary from course to course indicated in the course specific brochure. The fee includes access to the study material, IEX Academy Certificate on clearing the exam and interactive session with the power sector expert. Corporate discounts may be provided to participants on a case to case basis.

Yes, the candidate will need to pass an MCQ based time-bound test at the end of course for getting the Certification. The exam may be taken within the stipulated time as specified in the course brochure. The result will be displayed immediately after submission of test.

The Candidate will be awarded IEX Academy certificate on clearing the course assessment test taken after the completion of Course.

The test has 60 MCQ questions with negative marking of 0.25. The duration of the test is 60 minutes.
